Can we schedule a consultation or phone call before booking?
Yes of course, in fact we would encourage you to talk to us first before booking. Please use the contact form to drop us a message and we will happily schedule a call or meeting.
Can I use the photos for social media and marketing materials?
When you purchase an image from us we autocamtically grant you a licence to use the images as you wish in any format. All we do ask is that you tag @upstagedracing or credit us in some way when you use the images.
Do you charge by the hour or is there a flat rate for the entire event?
Our packages are bespoke to each client and as such we do not charge an hourly fee. If you book us for an event the price will include the whole event.
Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?
All out packages include travel expenses within a resonable distance from our team. If we feel the event requires us to charge travel then it will be at £0.40 per mile up to a maximum of 150 miles. Anything further than this will require us to charge for overnight accomodation.
